Stephanie O. Darby is Senior Operations Manager at the Center for Evaluation Innovation. She designs and leads operational strategies that are aligned with CEI’s mission and values. This includes human resources and benefits administration, budgeting, purchasing, facilities management, and the administrative and accounting processes that support the organization and staff. Stephanie also manages the flow of resources and the organization’s compliance procedures.
Stephanie has over 25 years of nonprofit management experience. She most recently spent 12 years as Operations Manager for Innovation Network, and has made significant contributions to the organizations she has worked for throughout her career. She has extensive experience in areas of operations, marketing, and conference planning.
