Known as The Transition Whisperer™, Diana Breen (she/her) stabilizes non-profits amid leadership transitions, with the Center for Evaluation Innovation being her ninth Interim CEO role. She also advises and coaches nonprofit executives navigating their own organizations’ leadership transitions and founded the Interim Leadership Network, a field-building network of interim executives.

Ms. Breen brings 20+ years of management experience, a track record of winning seven-figure grants, strong finance and operations skills, and formal training and practice in DEIA efforts as well as executive coaching. Ms. Breen previously served as Executive Director of Ariva, a South Bronx-based economic empowerment non-profit where she now serves on the Board.

She graduated valedictorian from CUNY Baruch College with an MPA in non-profit management, graduated magna cum laude with a degree in music from New York University, and holds certificates in Artificial Intelligence Strategy as well as Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University.
