Mariah Brothe Gantz (she/hers) is a Senior Associate specializing in advocacy evaluation with a focus on advancing racial equity and building community power. Her expertise includes policy and advocacy, participatory evaluation, qualitative research, and inclusive, collaborative facilitation.
Mariah began her career in youth civic engagement and advocacy. Before joining CEI, she served as the lead data analyst for the Communities Against Hate Initiative at the Leadership Conference Education Fund, where she worked to address hate crimes and incidents affecting communities nationwide.
She holds a graduate degree in Public Administration with a concentration in nonprofit management from George Washington University and an undergraduate degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Northern Colorado.
